Effective from August 15th, 2011, the consular office/services of the Embassy of Rwanda will be open to the public Monday through Thursday from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. Visa/ Passport applications and legalization (authentication) of documents will only be submitted and picked up during the hours of operation shown above; No exceptions.
